Registration Terms and Conditions For Any Event
Attendance at any event of the Free Association is dependent upon your agreement to the Registration Terms and Conditions.
Here you find all the necessary information for paying the fee for the event you would like to attend. To make your payment, you can use PayPal or Bank Transfer. Please, keep in mind that we limit the number of the seats for any given event to guaranty optimal group size for the work that we will do together. By registering, paying the fees and sending the proof of payment early you will not miss out because registration closed in the meantime.

The official language of any event is English.
Any confidential material must be anonymized in such a comprehensive way that if a patient was reading about themselves in a paper or listening to a recording of the presentation or discussion, they would not be able to identify themselves. It should not be assumed that because, for example, the case presented is from another country, a patient’s confidentiality is somehow of less fundamental importance. In registering for the meeting, you are agreeing to keep confidential any such material that you see or hear; further should you inadvertently identify, directly or indirectly, a patient that you know, not to break the obligation you have implicitly given in respect to that patient’s confidentiality. You will also be asked to reconfirm this in any clinical session. Special care must be taken to avoid conversations about clinical material in any public place. Emails and internet postings involving clinical material should be absolutely avoided.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Notice of cancellation must be in writing to the email: email@example.com. The amount refunded will depend on the date when cancellation is received: If notice is received 15 days before the date of the event you have full refund on cancellation. If notice is received after that you have no refund. For refund a cancellation fee of €20 will be charged.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
The Free Association reserves the right to decline to register any individual, without further explanation. Any meeting registration is strictly personal to the individual who purchased them and are non-transferable under any circumstances.

The recordings of the Cornerstones seminars and Forward meetings will be available for the participants only, for online visualization, on our site for 3 month. The recordings of the In The Deep meetings will not be available.
