Attendance at any event of the Free Association Lisbon (Free from now on) is dependent upon your agreement to the Registration Terms and Conditions.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Please use a credit card to make your payment.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official language of any the Free's event is English.
REGISTRATION AND NOTIFICATION
By registering, participants should take care to introduce their correct and complete email address unless, the Free will not be able to notify them about the event they register. The Free can not be held accountable for any miscommunication due to incorrect email addresses.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
The Free a doesn't accept cancellation for FORWARD events. You can cancel any other event of the Free any time. To cancel, send us an email to freeassociationlisbon@gmail.com with your bank details. Please keep in mind that there will be 20€ cancellation fee applied.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
The Free reserves the right to decline to register any individual, without further explanation. Any meeting registration is strictly personal to the individual who purchased them and are non-transferable under any circumstances.
AUDIO RECORDING, FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
The Free Association will record all the meetings for archives. The conference recordings will be available for two weeks for participants only. The theoretical seminar recordings will be available for participants for two weeks after the last seminar on a participants-only page. The recording of clinical seminars will not be published anywhere. The content of any meeting or session must not be recorded, conveyed or disseminated in any format by the participants.
CONFIDENTIALITY
When you register for an event you consent to the recording and agree to respect the confidentiality of any material that might be discussed in our events.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with current data protection legislation. Please read our Privacy Policy.
A list of participants names and job titles may be shared with speakers or co-organisers for the purposes of the event only. We will never share contact details with third parties for this purpose or without explicit permission.
